Lolita Colenso was commissioned to reconfigure the existing kitchen and dining area, which included an outdated and underused conservatory attached to the side of the house.

She proposed breaking through the wall between the conservatory and the kitchen to create a larger, more cohesive space. By levelling the floors and laying a single flooring material, white tumbled limestone across both areas, which unified the interiors and enhanced the sense of flow. Large Crittall style sliding doors were installed to flood the space with natural light and create a strong connection to the garden.

Lolita also reimagined the side entrance, transforming it into a functional walk-in pantry. A blush pink kitchen anchors the space, adding warmth and contrast with a soft, modern elegance.

In addition to the kitchen transformation, the family and en-suite bathrooms were fully redesigned and updated with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic.

The result is nothing short of transformational and a thoughtful, beautifully executed renovation that allows the space to speak for itself.
